Howd id do on these gretzky/roy RCs

Can anyone tlel me if the roy is real or not? Is there suppose to be a small black dot in the white section of the card?
 
Real good prices. I truly hope they are fine, but I would only get them graded if I had the mindset that they make get rejected as fakes.
Don't get me wrong, but those cards (specially the Roy) are commonly counterfitted, and both sellers have limited feedback (specially the Roy).
If they are in fact real, then you got a couple of very sweet steals :D

To expand on what Glenn said! The Topps Gretzky, to my understanding wasn't reproduced! Someone with something other than this can confirm.

As for the Roy! Seeing as the seller doesn't accept PAYPAL. This causes me concern. Also, could you confirm whether or not his addy is in Ajax, Ontario?

To go along with this. If it does show up and if you have a common 86-87 OPC from the set! Compare the backs of the cards for the colour/tint of the blue as well as the tint/contrast of the card stock itself!

Anyways! A great big 'Hearty' congrats on the Gretzky! :D

Doesn't the Roy have a black dot on the white border at the top?

THink that was the way you tell.
 
I have been told that it should have a black dot on the top white border but i have seen a graded one without it from BGS.

hey i have some gretzky reprints and they actually say reprint on the back so it is very possible that is the real deal, just looks in too good of condition to be true though

as for the roy i see the back blue is fairly light but i have seen cards from that year that vary in colour and those were just regulars so i don't think you could tell by that,maybe go to a card place and see if they have a gretz and roy rookie there and compare
 
Thx for the help guys. Id hate to get negative feedback but told the guy he could cancel my bid. The centering is off on the gretzky so I get the feeling its the real deal
