Hull Action Packed Prototype (not the one you are thinking of)

I am sure that anyone that has been in this hobby since the 90s saw the post title and immediately thought of the Bobby Hull Action Packed cards that came out in the early 90s and can probably now be found in the dollar box. This is not one of those cards. I know Action Packed put out several different sample/promos in the early 90s, but I have no real info on where this card came from. Just like the Bobby Hull cards, this is copy right dated 1993 on the back. I was able to grab this card from a long time Brett Hull collector that decided to break up his collection a few years ago. Been sitting on it for about 2 years now and finally posting it up for view. I have been building my Hull PC for 30 years and this is the only copy I have seen of this card. Sorry for the crappy scan. Due to the finish of the card it was very difficult to get even a somewhat clean scan.

Not only did we hit the 90s hard Rob, but I recall ending up in some strange places looking for the stuff

I collect 90's stuff like it's my job, and I have never seen or heard of that one!! It MUST be scarce
