I sent some cards that i recieved in a box that were damaged to see if they could be replaced or whatever just to get rid of them. Upperdeck sent me a package back with my cards saying they were to old and couldn't replace them but said they sent a pack of 09-10 upperdeck series 2 to help buuuuuuut alas no pack! So they gave me a case # and a telephone # so i called them up saying i wasn't asking for more just that they didn't put anything in my package.This lady gets on there and says something about live talk and a different number. So i'm thinking tehy have something live going on it's upperdeck so who knows! So i call that number and i get a lady asking if i want to talk to hot horny girls:| So i recheck the number and i didn't make a mistake.Way to go upperdeck real classy!

They finally figured out that customer satisfaction DOES mean something. I'm sure it would have been as it usually is with Upper deck though...all talk and no action. They also probably got confused when you told them you "didn't have anything in your package" :) (I'll stop now...i could go on forever...lol)

Not sure if it is related in any way - but I went on to a link to Upper Deck's Blog site they posted on their Facebook page yesterday and it infected my PC with a Trojan! I had popups flying on my screen left and right saying I needed to scan my computer for viruses.

Ended up scanning my PC with my virus scanner and picked up a Trojan and four traces I didn't have during my last scan twenty-four hours before. Could the two problems be related somehow?
