I just bought this M. Richard.....anyone tell me what set/year/print run PLEASE!

I don't think it's from the tins. There are two different ones from the tins that I'm aware of and this isn't one.

Although the design is slightly different it looks similar to one I have of Sundin, which is from the 2004 All-Star Game, and was a special All Star Game History insert set in the 2004 Fantasy Super Box.
 
I think they had them in 2002-2003 BAP Ult. Maybe broke from the case.
I am too lazy to scan what I have
but also cards real close to that were in a super box or somthing of the sort as well

yep, just confirmed - Maurice Richard had card SB4 in that set according to the OPG

Set Name: 2004 ITG NHL All-Star FANtasy All-Star History Jerseys

SB1-SB21 PRINT RUN 10 SETS
SB22-SB41 PRINT RUN 20 SETS
SB1-SB41 NOT PRICED DUE TO SCARCITY
SB42-SB54 PRINT RUN 30 SETS

So since that's number 4 - it's got a print run of 10, nice pickup.
 
It looks similar to the Super Box cards but I'm going to with Ken and say it's from the 02-03 BAP Ultimate and has been broken out of the slab. I had a Plante from that set and it's very similar in design to yours.
 
Its from the Super Box - the cards that were used for Ultimate had a far bigger swatch. Only 10 copies - Great pickup!
