I just got Upper Decked and not in a good way

This is apparently what Upper Deck feels is fair replacement value for a 2018 CFL Brandon Banks shortprint autograph that they forgot to put the autograph sticker on:

Here's the background. I pulled a 2018 Brandon Banks Autograph with no Autograph. In my opinion it is one of the top two cards to pull from packs that year along with the Willie Jefferson Autograph. After some back and forth with them and having to send scans of the card twice showing there was no autograph they open a case and ask me to send it back with tracking. I did that. This is what they sent as replacements. A $10 jersey and a $5 autograph. Not even worth what it cost me to send the Banks back. I am not happy!

QA is who I am dealing with on this. They claim that Beckett OPG says my card is worth $5. It is the toughest shortprint in the set and they don't feel it's even worth the price of a pack. Because there are no completed sales that show up on Ebay they don't believe me on the value. I've asked for them to send the card back to me and I'll return this garbage to them.

I've tried to keep track of Upper Deck CFL card sales on eBay, particularly Short Prints. I have a record of six 2018 #169 Banks Auto SP selling on eBay for an average price of $29US. I have four 2018 #122 Jefferson Auto SP selling on eBay for an average price of $39US. The average of all 2018 Auto SP on eBay was in the range of $35US.

I'm sure I've missed some sales over three years but my data set is big enough to show that the Banks Auto SP is worth much more than $5US. These A Short Prints odds were listed as 1:267; that alone should mean that all these short prints are worth much more than $5US each.

Know that feeling as well. I am in a pi***** contest right now over a missing hit. I have been a huge Upper Deck supporter since day one of the company but they have lost me as a customer unless something changes and I doubt that!

As an update, I got a second package today from Upper Deck after contacting Chris Carlin about this. This is what got added which I certainly feel is fair:

3 packs of 2020 Upper Deck CFL (one had a Simoni Lawrence auto so not bad)
2017 Kevin Glenn Autograph that I needed for my PC
