I picked up a bit more vintage today.Showing a few cards but not scanned are some 1969-70 OPC.
Also a 1972 Team Canada poster.Great stuff or at least I think so.Thanks, Winston.

I agree Winston. Even if they're just commons, vintage cards have a different look, feel, and even smell.

Thanks for the post!

Winston,
Nice pickups on those Topps, let me know if they are available. As you know I can use them for my sets.

Great stuff, Winston! I have really come to love vintage in the past year or two. At least my wife sees more value in keeping them than new cards that sit around in boxes so I should probably agree with her!

I agree with your wife.I had about 300,000 newer cards that I sold off to a person with those vending machines and have replaced those with the same amount of vintage.Mostly hockey but I have some vintage from all 4 of the major sports. And I do not care how long they sit in boxes. But I am sure that when I drop dead there will just be a dumpster placed in the yard and my boys will empty the house in about an hour.

Vintage is what I focus on now as well. I have about 17000 cards from 88 and older.
It's about the only stuff that holds vale anymore.
