I need some help on this card please

I come to you with an inquiry about this card, i recently made a trade for this card in hopes that it would make a nice card to obtain a card for my pc..

I don't know anything about it the year is either 2008/09 or 2009/10 it is a mini actually about 3/4 of actual card size and is limited..

What im looking for is how collected might it be? What is the actual year of the card? And shhhhh but what might the value be on it..
