I Really Hate Chris Bosh....

You can't blame Bosh for wanting to win games now can you? T.O did nothing to get better and bosh played hard every game. I hope he wins a championship this year.

this is about as wrong as you can get. Bosh quit on the team and city. also, every deal BC did in the past few years were discussed with bosh, and some players including jack and turkoglu were brought here because bosh wanted them.

the worst part is , all the stories leaking out now that the plan to play with wade in miami has been in the works for the past 2- 3 years. ironically asking colangelo to take on contracts in the JO trade from miami so the heat would have cap space for this season.. hmm.. sounds like a complete arse to me.

on the plus side, these dels being made today are AMAZING, and the fact that bc was able to unload turks and calderon in the same day without using our TPE is phenomenal. cant wait for life without Rupaul!

What's there to get upset about? A player fulfills his commitment and leaves - as is his right. If he quit in the middle of the contract - that's a totally different story.

But if a team trades someone before the contract ends, it's business. Where's the loyalty there from the team to the player?

Just be glad that the Raptors got the trade exceptions and picks - so they didn't leave completely empty-handed

And if anyone wants to talk about tampering and conspiracy - there's one way to end it - kill all NBA involvement in the World Championships and the Olympics. Then there can't be any way of these friends from talking about scenarios as good friends are wont to do, nah - not at all...

Try proving that Wade was acting on behalf of the Heat in trying to get both Bosh and James to come to South Beach. There will be many attempts to connect dots but unless there is a tangible, direct connection between all involved, no real way to prove it unless someone was actually there as part of the conspiracy

Alonzo mourning admitted the plan was in the works for months. Everyone behind the scenes new this was going on. Bc said at the all-star break someone put a bug in boshs ear, now we know what he ment. Bosh stopped trying as he had nothing to play for. It wasn't a typical contract year anymore, this whole thing was a farce, being filmed for a DVD to be released soon. Doesn't help that bosh and wade have the same agent mind you. Either way we are better off without bosh, he isn't a leader. Funny watchin him on the ground crying witha bloody nose and mouth , not coming back the rest of the season, then you see steve Nash draining 3s with one eye swollen shut and adjusting his busted nose as he runs up and down the court. Really puts boshs work ethic into question

Everybody knew he wasn't coming back to Toronto. The team is the equivilant of the Buffalo Sabres in Hockey - nobody wants to play there once they become a free agent. High taxes, no Soul Food (One of Vince Carter's alleged reasons for leaving), no plan to build a championship team (which is admittedly hard when nobody wants to play here).

I realized the same thing when Bosh got injured and left the team and didn't even make an effort to come back even though the playoffs were on the line. I wouldn't question his heart though since he never really missed that many games during a season and always gave it his all when he was on the court.

Back to the team, looks like there is a snag in trade talks with the Bobcats and Jordan does not want to give up Chandler.

michael jordan is a douche. such a unprofessional move. not many gms are going to want to deal with his franchise after this.

it was too good to be true, we were going to fleece him bad in this deal lol

ugh

Rumors are flying all over the place right now. One has Looks like Turkoglu is done in Toronto and we'll be getting Barbosa in return and looks like Calderone is also on his way out with Tyson Chandler coming our way. Turkoglu has to go, but Barbosa is a bench player that is overpaid. Chandler is something the raptors badly need, someone that can rebound and block shots, so I like him as a player. Another rumor has the Raptors getting Boris Diaw. Good all round talent and can start at a variety of positions and he's familiar with Colangello. Interesting.....

Those are two expiring contracts. Chandler is up at the end of this year and Barbosa is up at the end of next year. I'd MUCH RATHER have those two contracts than the $40 million still owing on Turkoglu's contract.

Colangelo is good at what he does. He made a big mistake in not setting up the team with contracts expiring to make a run at LeBron and Co. (might not have made a difference anyway) but he knows how to erase his mistakes.

Miami might be able to put together a decent team, but you're going to have to do it with players willing to take less money to come to Miami. $71 million might be luxury tax territory, but $55 million of that is already into three players ($18.3 million each for LeBron and Bosh and $17.9 million for Wade). Either way, the power in the East is clearly in Miami now. I hate Boston, so anyone going to kick the Celtics' asses is good by me.

My guess is that Collangelo will trade Calderon to someone and get a good return and Hedo is a done deal and it's just a matter of time. Kind of sad to see Jose on the block since he was one of the best point guards a couple of seasons ago and put up one of the better seasons in recent memory as far as point guards go.
