I think we can all agree that Jarome Iginla has been creating a hall of fame career. Right now there are 18 players that have scored 600 goals over the course of their career, Iginla sits at 598 and is poised to join this elite club soon. I've been talking to some of the other Iginla collectors (Chris, Jeff, Jayden) to see how we can celebrate this feat. I've decided to show some different categories of Iginla cards (all autos, autos & memorabilia, patches, etc.) with the idea of the serial numbers adding up to 600. This is a little more ambitious than the original idea I pitched to the guys, but I'm on holidays and I haven't opened up the card boxes for awhile, so I'm going to give it a shot. I'll try to add a new post/category every couple of days, hopefully Iggy will get his 600th soon. I'm calling this first post
ALL AUTOS.
total = 65
total = 65 + 145 = 210
total = 210 + 165 = 375
total = 375 + 25 = 400
total = 400 + 50 = 450
total = 450 + 15 = 465
total = 465 + 74 = 539
total = 539 + 6 = 545
total = 545 + 20 = 565
total = 565 + 10 = 575
total = 575 + 13 = 588
total = 588 + 6 = 594
We'll finish it up with six 1/1 cards.
total = 594 + 6 = 600!
Feel free to add in some of your own Iginla cards if you wish. Unless you're as crazy as me, don't worry about having your scans add up to 600. :laugh:
