I may consider dumping my basketball, baseball & football autos to get these now...

That's what I did and I have ZERO regrets about it. If you want to form a support group to cope with the post partum depression, I'm here for ya, bro!

I've been over on this side for a few months now and I'm STILL finding out about autographs that I didn't know existed. THAT is what is fun about non sports. Every corner I turn, there's something new there.

LOL I don't know if a support group is required, but maybe a beer-glass-chinking group? ;)

Agreed... found a bunch of Bond full-bleeds I didn't know existed, and now I need to bail on some cards to do some deals, including with our own Mikeysleafs...

If anyone has any of these autos and is open to trading for sports cards, I'd be jazzed about that :)

hey i think triple b is right,we need a support group,i love non sports and hockey right now is blechh,i love the list bruce but there is setting your sights high which i am all fore and then there is what i call santa's list which you can put out milk and cookies and wait and maybe that 100,000.00 will come.lol

There's some amazing early- or before-celeb autos in that set, including Sydney Pollack, Burt Reynolds and Don Rickles... very cool. But it is an amazingly HUGE set... some guys sell off 25 autos at a time, which definitely helps the set building. Worth a shot, just not sure I can stomach it plus Bond, as well as the BHAG (Big Hairy-*** Goals) above.

Do you have to have certifiedautos of all of them Bruce? The reason I ask is that for Star Wars Dave, Kenny and Jeremy Bulloch and Peter Meyhew all do show in the UK every year (I have all those guys plus many other bit part guys) and you can get cool cards and cool items signed (I have some 80's topps cards from Empire done by both Dave and Jeremy on the same cards Fett and Vader how can that be a bad dual auto?) Kenny Baker did 5 for free for me for getting him a cup of tea for him and his wife before he began doing the autos. I will dig them out in the next fewdays and scan how cool they are! Dave Prowse charges £10 a sig but it all goes to charity so I dont mind passing him the cash!

I'd consider it in the interim, Peter. LMK what you have :)

Daaaamn! that's a nasty list there Bruce.
As a side note, it will be near impossible to get an Alec Guinness Star Wars related auto as he hated the fact that he was most recognized as Obi-Wan over all the other amazing roles he had in the past. Because of that, he very rarely signed any Star Wars items, well, ever. Though a few years back, Topps did release a cut auto of his for one of their Star Wars releases.

Yea, getting a card is really a flyer... but worth looking for. I actually have a Star Wars poster that's signed by him and about 20 other cast members, which is amazing. If I wasn't such a big Star Wars fan, I'd actually cut out all the autos and make my own cards! But that would be sacriledge!!!

Hey Bruce...there are plenty of Michael Dorn certified Star Trek autos out there, so you can cross off the doubt...another $70 in the tubes :D
