As part of Upper Deck's commitment to curb the redemptions in their products, they are making a one-time opportunity for Expired Redemption replacements.

Through their network of Certified Diamond Dealers , customers have an opportunity to have their expired Upper Deck redemption cards replaced. While they can not issue the exact card of the redemption, they do want to offer you something for compensation.
In order to participate there are a few steps to take:

1. We must receive all redemption codes (under the scratch pad) by Tuesday, June 5, 2012. Ideally, bring them in and you can skip step 3. However, if you are unable to make it in to the store this week you can e-mail us your list and bring in the redemption cards later.

2. Please write your Name and Phone Number on each of your redemption cards. This will help us ensure we do not mix up each person's redemptions.

3. Bring in your redemption cards to the store. We must have the physical redemption card in hand no later than Saturday, June 16, 2012. They are required to provide to Upper Deck to receive the compensation.
