That's pretty much it. All the cards are hand-drawn (duh), and are considered 1/1s. Some artists like to draw the same thing more than once (the monkey in Indy Heritage, Battledroids in some of the SW releases, etc) but they are still viewed as 1/1s.
Different artists submit different numbers, so what Scott said is absolutely correct. I just checked the Topps site, and while they don't have it yet, they will eventually have a list of the artists and probably the numbers of cards as well.
Other factors affecting relative value: is it pencil only or color; the quality (obviously); the popularity of the character; and so on.
Though I have to admit, not having seen the movie and not wanting to know too much about it before I see it in theaters, I'm not sure who that character is. However, it's a great pull from just a few packs!
