Information needed for UD cards

I recently acquired these cards:

UD-WILD

My questions are:

1) The Parise and Suter UD Midnight cards #/25...we're they a special parallel in 2017-18 UD Series 2 or special promotion cards?

2) The Victory Black Greenway...how rare are black cards in 2018-19 Vitory this time around?

I believe the Midnight cards were from the Expo, not sure on the other.

Confirming the Midnight are an Expo parallel. The Victory Blacks are pretty rare from what I've gathered over the years.

The Victory Black is also an expo card. Not nearly as rare as some of the case hit blacks from years ago where they were either #/5 or equally rare but not numbered.

Both are Expo giveaway cards. The "old" pack-inserted Victory Black cards from back in the day had a print run of 5 copies. The first year or two had a serial number x/5 , but the years following did not.

These "New" Victory Black parallels seem a tad more common, but still rare. I'd say they would have a print run of around 5-10 copies.

The Victory Black cards are more common than 1:2 Expo Packs and they increased the print run. I currently have 4 copies of Grweenway on ebay for $1.99 with no sniffs.
