So, I believe this is the best auto set of all time. I saw someone had a complete (or near complete set) and it looked amazing. I have a few of these but looking at the CL there are a couple of cards that have the potential to be a bit scary price-wise, Gretzky, Mario and Roy.

Is it worth trying the set? How often do these cards come up for sale, anyone got any for sale?

Funny you mention it, I was half thinking of taking on the set once I put the Puck Signing to bed. Does anybody have a full checklist I could see?

The inkredible set can be put together as long as you are willing to spend the cash. The higher end auto's usually sell close to book.

Great - just noticed Stevie Y in there too!

That is a solid checklist, I bet the Tretiak sells pretty high too. Isn't there another Inkredibles set besides the Retro? Or am I going crazy?

I agree with you about it being the best looking autograph set. The Gretzky is super tough and will cost you over book. The Orr is also very tough, but not near as bad as the Gretzky. The rest are not too bad. It is a fun challenge. I think it took me about five years to finally land the Gretzky. Good luck!

The Gretzky, Orr and Lemieux are the tough ones, and sell at or over book, depending on the day.

Its pretty safe to say that with sticker autos taking over the scene, not to mention a large number of NHL stars refusing to sign for UD, sets like this one will not be coming out in new products. Complete sets of hard signed autos like this will be in demand and thus highly valued......my two cents...:)

I think it's one of UD's nicest auto sets they've ever done. The Orr and the Gretzky are the two toughies. If you get those two under your belt, the rest isn't too tough.

It's definitely a nice set and the lineup is amazing but i find the white signing area to be too big.

Personally, thats exactly what appeals to me about this set and others like it. The signer doesnt have to cram his auto in, or even change it, to make it fit on some tiny sticker. Just my two cents.....:)

I'd love to put together something like that... I've got my hands full with the SOTT set though!

What an excellent project to start.Lot's of Hofers with a couple of then stars.....Good luck with the chase

I'm not sure why the issue of stickers keeps being mentioned. Stickers are not the only alternative to crammed autos or excessive (imo) white space. I can certainly understand the appeal of this set (and I'm happy not everyone likes the same things) but I prefer something along the lines of...
