"Invalid shipping address" status at UD redemptions

Hi there, I have three redemptions for RCs from 06-07 UD Artifacts outstanding. I've mentioned a few days ago that the status for these cards changed to "Invalid Shipping Address" (of ocurse the stated address of mine is correct).

As their customer service doesn't reply ("Same procedure as last year, Miss Sophie?" "Same procedure as every year, James.") I was wondering if someone of you has experienced the same problem.

I would check your profile set-up at UpperDeck and confirm that the address you entered is correct. Something might be missing or they have tried to deliver but have had no luck. If everything there looks okay you only option will be to call Customer Service, wait forever and hopefully get the matter resolved. Good Luck.
