Hi,
I was just curious if anyone had ever owned or seen any
1976-77 ROCKIES PUCK BUCKS. This was a 30 card set of the Colorado Rockies.
I see there are some on eBay…however most of them it’s the same seller who is selling these.
Are these cards harder to find?
Any help would be much appreciated. thanks!

A couple of years before my collecting really kicked in (I was 9 in 76-77) and did not see these as a kid. I'm also not from Denver proper, so I'm not sure what the distribution range or scarcity was on these. They were a ticket contest item from local McDonalds, a sport goods chain and the Vickers gas station chain (Jack Vickers led the ownership group that brought the franchise to Colorado).

They came with one player photo on the left and a second player with bio info on the right with perforations separating them (one seller on ebay has some listed)

I bought a set around 2010 from a LCS (Bill's) in Denver. He had at least a couple sets at the time.

They were some team issue postcard sets that are tough as well, with one of the late franchise ones (80-82 range) being easier to find.

Just eyeballed items on ebay, and there is this very cool Denver Post press photo with some details on the back.
