Is Pay Pal melting down???

I can't get into my Pay Pal account so I have been trying to call PP 888 # for past 45 mins and get nothing but a busy signal.I have to believe that this is a problem that goes way beyond harvesting email addresses on Beckett .

I just paid for something w/o problem.
However when I called them they said there was no external attempt at getting into my account and the emails and lockdown were originated from within their system.

All it took was for me to post the above.Next try got thru.Waited 19 minutes on hold then took care of problem.

I had to work with them for about an hour for them to unlock it.

I don't think paypal wants to admit that someone is doing this....They rather blame it on techinal difficulties..If this was internal than I doubt changing my password would have worked...Anyway good luck solving it and change your email till it blows over...it sux to have to do that but calling everyday sux more
