Is there a good contact email address for UD Redemptions Issues?

I am still waiting on a redemption from 2005 that I found out was never produced. What can I do about this? Is there a solid contact email address or something where I can get this resolved?

after a certain amount of time I believe they do not have to send the card but I am pretty sure that UD policy on such redemptions is if the card is not available that they would replace it with another card of equal value. For contacts I would phone UD 18008737332 and ask about card they are usually quite helpful GOOD LUCK

Tom, I would phone, you will not get a response from an email most of the time. Your going to have to wait a long time on hold and wont get a decent response. I would also have in mind a few players similar in value that you would like as a replacement
