I pulled a Teemu Selanne Captain's Cloth from a GB when the product was first released. I know how crazy Finnish collectors can get when especially when it comes to a player of high-end calibre. I was offered $220 for this card. Do you think that I could make more by putting it up from auction? Or should I just take the money and be happy?

Heres a pic of the card

Whoa, 220 sounds good to me but I don't know anything about the new cards. I cant wait to see what the other guys say. Sorry I couldnt help, but thanks for showing the card.

I had a Selanne Auto Jersey 1/1 from H&P a few years back and I got an offer of $150 here. I decided to list it and got MUCH more than that. I'd list it and let the insanity ensue...

I vote for the non-ebay route. With fees, the card would have to go for at least 250 to make you the same money and in my opinion, it likely wouldn't go much beyond that considering what the Crosby and others have sold for, although you never know.

That card could easily go double that or more on Ebay, I'd chance it and let them battle it out at auction.

The Finnish factor is strong. If that were almost any other player in that subset for your offer I would take the money and run, but that's a high enough end card of perhaps THE greatest Finnish player ever to where I can pretty guarantee you'll see a bigger net than the 220 offer.

do those Captain's Cloths usually have more than 1 card and form a set? not too familiar with that particular set but if it's like the "C"s that are broken up into 2 pieces, why not see if the guy has the other half of the set and is trying to complete it?
