ITG 09-10 H&P Redemption program question

Can anyone explain to me what exactly this program is (the one with a player and a draft number on the back)? I know how it works but whats the incentive, what is it exactly you can possibly win if that player is drafted in that position?

You can win a memorabilia card /10 of that player if the number on the back matches their draft position.
