I'm only guessing..But seeing as they hold no NHL/NHLPA right's I'd think no player's can be pictured in an NHL uniform??
But it doesn't state anything about that...And seeing as No card's will be made..I'd gather it's OK!

I was thinking about trying to do one of these (not sure how well I can do, but thought I'd attempt one anyways). Does anyone know if you can use NHL logos and all that jazz on the cards? Just curious to see if anyone had found this out already...
