ITG Question

I have liked collecting CHL sets years ago, but since UD took over everything, stuck to NHL.

I have been looking at the heroes and prospects from ITG, but it seems there are so many boxes to choose from IS H&P that big of a set, or what are these arena boxes, I was thinking of maybe doing last years, but is it really going to be worth it?

the base set is not that big... the auto set is a challenge - a couple of folks here ahve done / are doing that...

... depends on what part(s) of the set you want to do...

Arena boxes are essentially retail blasters. They're called arena boxes because there's no memorabilia (to the best of my knowledge) and autos are a little tougher to get...it's there so that retailers (and hockey arenas) essentially can sell them for cheaper to the casual or interested collector than they would the hobby packs.

There will be no Arena or Blaster version this year. All three non-memorabilia insert sets will be in the Hobby Version. Just wanted to clear this up.

The arena versions also have a limited insert that you can not get in the hobby boxes. These are the Memorial Cup Champion inserts and are in most part hard to find.

The 07/08 Arena boxes do have the Top Prospect jerseys included in packs

Thanks for putting out a great product Brian. I look forward to the various ITG sets every year. I hope the NHLPA realizes the error in their ways in giving UD a monopoly and grants you a licence as soon as possible. Your product is badly needed in the hobby. Thank you again.

hi there .

+ 1 to me too as heroes and prospects are the only time i get kelowna rockets cards as the team has not produced cards for the last 2 years which sucks to say the least .

go itg go


on the note of sets you nornally get a full base set from a hobby box plus the auto and gu cards , the top prospects set is a nice gu set to do as well and does not cost to much .
