ITG replacing just the case.(Ult. Mem. 11th ed.)

I pulled a nice carey price card from Ult. Mem....The little plate seem slightly damaged...almost looks like it was off center and was bent when it was sealed or something like that. The printing on it looks a little crappy too. So will ITG replace the case. If I didn't pull it that way and wanted to replace it I would cover it my self but more than likely I would rather sell/trade it.....But don't want to give the other guy something to complain about or take a loss in trade if i don't have to...Hopefully this doesn't seem too petty...If it was a Fleury I might just keep it and not give a ______but since it is something I doubt I will keep I'd like for the presentation to be in better condition

Appreciate all the responces(though one like this is something I was looking for IE a positive or negative experience)

I opened a case(um10) at the show and there was 10-12 cards that had issues... ie scratches, plate damage, fading and a 1/1 numbered 2/1. All were fixed and mailed out to me, no problems.

I had two made to orders that the front and backs separated due to the thick patches. They were sent in and repaired and sent back in perfect order.

Send them an email, I'm sure they will do their best to take care of you.:beer:
