ITG VIP program deadline is July 15

FYI, I noticed this on the ITG website while I was getting the address to mail in my 100 points.

June 1, 2012: In The Game will continue to accept submissions for the VIP Program until July 15, 2012. Any VIP submission packages received after July 15, 2012 will not be accepted. After July 15, 2012 we will not be producing VIP membership cards and will instead focus on producing VIP exclusive products. If you submitted a VIP package then you will be eligible to receive information on future VIP products.
 
Interesting, would like to see how they are doing this.

If you a member in good standing on July 15, you will remain a VIP and if you're not, will you be on the outside looking in for future releases?

That being the case, if anyone wants 100 points to re-up their membership or become a VIP, I have 10 Canadiana box tops (I think I have 10, at work now) that I'd gladly send you so you can join/resub.

Thanks for the heads up, need to track down 70 points before then. If anyone has some please let me know what you need for them.
 
How do you know if you're a member in good standing? I've sent 100 points twice and rec'd a card each year... when do you know if it has expired? Is it on the card?
 
Anyone who has a VIP number will remain a member, no numbers have expired.

We are now working hard to make cards exclusive to our existing VIPs.

The first one is now available. A Jonathan Quick 2012 Playoff MVP.

So my VIP card and number that I got in 2010 is still good? I wasn't able to get the points together to renew in 2011.
 
Has anyone received confirmation e-mails for the July 15th cutoff? I sent in, but have yet to receive anything. Thanks to my GF stashing away some mail, I might be SOL. Guess there's always the next go around.

I think you will still be a VIP, you just won't receive a card if you didn't make the 15th cutoff.
 
I sent in my points/info and express post'ed the hell out of the package but never got a response email so little worried I never made the cutoff somehow
 
I received a confirmation email a month or so ago, but still haven't received the card. I'm not concerned, though, as I've only had a problem with ITG once in all the years I've purchased their products.
I figure they were busy getting Broad Street Boys cards made/packed out, which explains the delay.
My son also sent in 100 points and I gave a fellow collector/HI member my extra 70 points so he could get his personalized card as well.
