That's how I read the flyer - someone in the top 10 wins an uncut sheet AND someone who voted for those top 10 cards will be randomly chosen to win another uncut sheet

Each of the three site will choose one voter and ITG will draw one winner out of the three.

So two un-cut sheet prizes.
