Its been a long time....

Afternoon everyone,

Its been a long time on and off here. Altho I am away a lot I still buy boxes every once in a while. The rest of my time is spent with an incredible OCD dedication to complete my Labarbera player collection. :snapout:

If you have seen my master list then you will know I have lost a few cards (sigh 1/1) in the mail. I have seen some cards in collectors death grips and despite my harassing wont sell.

Then there is the ever so rare, slightly off, slightly different, soul crushing non numbered parallels ... which never see the light of day for the simple fact that no one knows/notices what they even have in their possession.

Which brings me to this .... this most random find that I never expected to find ever. I have held off even buying the base card from this set after all these years. It really bummed me out that I most likely would never find the different parallels.

Now before you say anything... I know this is 100% not a regular Black back. Nor is Brown, Red or Blue as I have compared to countless images over the last few days. Which only leaves 1 version left, Purple. Only copy I have ever seen in about 10 years.

Would love to see if anyone here has a picture of the variations in their collection. Or even if they have the purple version to compare and just show off this amazingly rare and difficult parallel.

Also any help for the rest of them would be greatly appreciated...lmao. Fingers crossed.

That is the purple back, I have the whole rainbow for Turco and Luongo... I would estimate there to be more copies than those listed above as I have seen multiples of all the Turco copies over the years.

Yep, definitely the Purple. And like TurcoCollector3 said, definitely more than that. UD has a policy of generally not limiting a card to any less than five copies if it is not numbered, so the rarest the purple could theoretically be is five copies.

Either way there maybe more of them out there.... but I have never seen a single copy..lol

SO to me its the same as a 1/1. However it does give me a little more hope for the future.
