Guys, moving expenses are forcing me to put this beauty up. It's Jacques Cloutier's white Buffalo Sabres jersey from the 1988-89 jersey. Here's the story:
One of my customers, Randy Lacey used to be the equipment manager for the Chicago Blackhawks. I got some amazing stuff from him (Gretzky sticks from the 1990-91 NHL AS Game in Chicago, Dallas Blackhawks jerseys, etc.), always with a neat story.
He acquired this Cloutier gamer from Jim Pizziutelli (better known as "Pizza" in GU circles), who was the equipment guy for the Sabres during the same era. Pizza wanted a Roenick jersey, so they made a swap.
The jersey is relatively clean, with a long, faint scuff on the front and a couple small stick marks. However, there is one great feature -- a slash right through the white buffalo on the front crest! If someone could find a photo, it wouldn't be hard to match.

And here's a link to another Cloutier sale via Classic Auctions. That jersey sold for $636US a few months ago, so with the 17.5% hammer fee, that's just short of $750:

I'm pretty firm at $550CDN on this one, insured shipping in NA and PayPal fees included. Depending on where you're located, I'll throw in a suprise autograph or two just to make it more fun.
