John Gibson Ultimate Collection rookie question

Does anyone still have an outstanding redemption for a 2013-14 Ultimate Collection autographed rookie of Gibson /99?

I'm just wondering if Upper Deck ever said anything about these being fulfilled, or if they've just moved and sent replacements. It's the only card I have outstanding for the autographed rookies, and I've not even seen a redemption in forever.

Just checked my outstanding redemption list and it is listed as "Athlete committed to signing soon, please be patient". I think it's safe to say these will never be made, lol.

He's signed a lot of stuff since that point, I wonder if those cards were just misplaced or something.

I'm going to remove it from my needs list, but it would be nice if Upper Deck would notify collectors when cards are certain to never be made.
