Hey guys I sent my Beckett grading order via Canada post EXPRESS it went out on Sept 25th and it shows arrived in country of destination office on Sept 29th. It;s now October the 4th and no delivery confirmation yet. Keeping my fingers crossed as there is ALOT of high end stuff in their one of them being a Crosby Ice RC /99. Please arrive :o . Anyone have any words of wisdom that'll make me feel better?

A couple of things to keep in mind:
1.It's a customs thing....
2. Two of those days were from the weekend...
3. It's a minimum of 24hrs from the time it's actually signed for until the website is updated.....just be patient....you're dealing with two postal service, neither of which is known for their expedious service.....

FYI, I had an ExpressPost that took 3 weeks from the time it hit the border..... 5 days is nothing.....
 
Expresspost from Canada to the US is worthless. You're better off sending by regular mail, it's just as fast (no matter what they tell you), you save the $9.00 fee, and the tracking is useless once it hits the border. CP cannot promise delivery confirmation unless the US postal service makes sure it happens. I know all this because I used it myself thinking it would be faster and safer, and it disappeared once it hit the border. Luckily, all that was in it was a money order and not a rare card so I could file a claim and get my money back. Hopefully your deal works out better, but you can't always believe what CP says.
 
MMMWHAHAHAHA!! I intercepted it at the border;) Just kiddin'. Hope you get them back by the time the Big One rolls around in Van. Me and Ravlic will be down again. Hope to see you there.

Rob's absolutely right. The chain of custody with Xpresspost is worthless. If you're sending high-end to the USA, go courier - FedEx, Purolator, heck even the Clowns at Brown are ok.
 
ive had 4 complaints about people not recieving their cards in the States already on eBay...what the heck is going on with canada post..
hurry it up!!!

LOL, definetly stop by. I just want to watch a few of those tins get cracked. We'll see how I do at the show and maybe, a BIG MAYBE, I will try my luck with one on Sunday if there are any around. :D

I definitely agree that Expresspost is sometimes just as slow as regular mail but what a lot of people don't know is that its GUARANTEED to arrive in 5 days (I am pretty sure its 5 days) and if it doesn't arrive within the 5 days you can get all your money back for the shipping... I've done it a couple times where the package took a couple weeks to arrive and I got my money back... Just to let everyone know...
