I think he deserves a suspension... He used his stick as a weapon. I don't care if its his teammate. its totally inexcusable. If he wants to have a hissy fit hit the board away from players

I took one of those in my day, but it was from the other team and the other guy was kicked out of the league for life. ;p This wasnt a malicious slash however, my guess is Ballard is buying post game rounds for the duration of his contract....

Or, have you had a professional hockey player do a two-handed full-around swing at your head with his stick?
