Ken Macha fired by A's

This one kind of shocks me I guess. Ken Macha kept losing his better players and yet the A's seemed to find a way to win every year. Some guys the A's have lost in recent years are Jermaine Dye, Jason Giambi, Mark Mulder and Tim Hudson. This off season I am sure Barry Zito will be next. I don't get it but I guess Billy Beane has a method to his thinking. At any rate here more from yahoo.com

He lost a fair number of games for the team,
and was outmanaged very often...


I'm not sad to see him go,
someone better will be brought in undoubtably...

Plus,
when he signed a baseball for me,
he used someone else's sharpie, while I was holding a pen ontop of the ball,
and he signed on the sweet spot.

not cool....so not cool...
I even said "could you use the pen.....' and he signed in sharpie,
nice guy...........
