Finally had a day with semi warm weather & no Honey do's so I got to finish the frame for my 06-07 SPA set. I know some of you frown on this practice, I do take steps to protect the auto's, plus I'm old & It'll be someone else's problem after I'm gone. I like to see the sets I chase after the hunts over, it's like a hunter's wall trophy I guess.

lol @ the redemption. Is that Niklas Grossman? I heard he wasn't being made :(

Did you custom make the frame yourself? I'm building a "I want to show this set off" set right now, and once I'm done, was planning on framing it similarly with one-touches like that.
 
Yes I made it. I figured the redemption would be a conversion piece if it doesn't get made. I could of made a 49 card frame with 7 rows of 7 but went this way instead.
 
I think it looks great and was thinking of getting a couple of my sets custom framed like picture but I like your idea better.

I am in the same remedial carpentry group as Tim so sadly I will never have one of these - looks great though - congrats!

I was kicked out of remedial class for putting a nail through the teachers foot!

Seriously though, that is one sick frame. An awesome set as well. Looks very proffesional!
 
I'd be curious as to how much would a custom frame that size and color would be? I might be interestred....I'll PM you

lol i like the ideal of the one touch/one screw cases.. then you can easily change the grossman IF he ever gets made XD

or change what set to display (assuming you have the same number of cards)

very nice!
