I'll start this post off with the Debut Patch pickups. The Artyukhin is my 5th, the Winchester is my 5th, the Barker's are my 3rd and 4th, and the Getzlaf is my 2nd. Down to a Clowe and a Nilsson to polish off the set for a 2nd time...
This is the first new Betts card I have picked up in a while. I just picked up a GU helmet and jersey of his that you can see in the Game Worn section.
And lastly I have a few Girardi's. The Platinum is my 2nd copy and the ITG Emblem is a show 1/1...
I have also started a new player PC. I sort of stumbled into collecting Blair Betts when I found one of his Upper Deck RC's in a box of commons. I had no idea he had cards and it piqued my interest as I already had a GU helmet of his. Similar to that situation I opened up a blaster of Topps Magic Football on a whim because I liked the look of the design of the card on the box (seriously). Out popped this card...
Not hockey, but he has always been my favorite kicker, mainly because he is a lefty like I am. Also because he has the best miss of a field goal ever... 64 yards that hits halfway up the goalpost. Never thought to look if he had any cards, but I will now. So, sorry if there are any Janikowski collectors out there (crickets).
