Lehtonen injured?

In saw Pavelec (yay...stopped all the shots he faced) and Hedberg were in nets last night for that laugher against NJ. Is Kari "Let-one-in" injured again?????

Kari needs to fire his agent, and Steve Weeks needs to kick him off the McDonald's diet, get him in the gym, and then hire some defense.

The Thrashers are destroying that goalie. He needs a mentor, and I don't mean Hedberg.

I don't know Kari personally, but after watching him play when he was with the wolves I was amazed. Maybe he just doesn’t care, and wants out.

Edmonton could use Kari, but getting him would be a chore.

I agree that Lehtonen needs a change, but at this point, I'm not sure if Edmonton would even be interested. I think they would rather stick with Garon.

edmonton could use a Mr. Goalie and put up a better GAA than with Rollie in the net ... cripes he pi sses me off
 
The Thrashers have the back end of a back to back and their third game in four nights tonight. Given the way the Thrashers have played, would you stick Lehtonen in there all three nights? And by dressing and playing Pavelec, you can shut him up to an extent after all his complaining.

The Thrashers defense is HORRIBLE. The Devils, not really one of the more offensively skilled teams in the league, walked all over them last night. Schneider was supposed to be their best defenseman, but he has been aweful. I think they have two defenseman who belong in the league at this point. I think he may be at the point where getting out is his best option.

Combine Atl and Florida into one team, dump the AHlers and play out of Florida.

Trade Lehtonen for help on D. Keep Voukon, trade Kovalchuk and Boumeester for upgrades. Instant success.

I haven't heard him complaining...I read about his agent flapping his gums and that Pavelec wouldn't report to the AHL, but then next thing you know, the kid goes down and absolutely tears up the league. I think it was his agent complaining, not the player.
