Just a quick question for folks who have attended the Toronto Expo before. I notice in every promotional ad or pictures from Expo, that the lineups to get in seem really long. Is this a normal occurance? If so, is the wait very long? Just wondering...

If you are lining up for UD, yes expect a long line up.
If you are lining up for an autograph guest, lines are long.
Panini and ITG do a great job of short lines..

Does that help?

100% true.

The auto guests and UD Redemptions are at certain times of the day only - so a lot of people line up. Last couple of times I did UD Redemptions, I waited about an hour in line.

ITG and Panini run their redemptions all day - so the lines are never bad. You might have to wait behind someone - but it won't be for long.

As far as lines to get to tables or getting into the Expo..... never had an issue. Some tables will be a little crowded, but not so much that it's a big deal.

If you are referring to this line outside, it only occurs before the doors open. Once the show starts, this line is usually gone within 20 minutes. Of course, the nicer the weather, than the longer the line. Show up 30 minutes after the doors open and you can just stroll in.

Don't show up too late, though, or you'll miss your shot at spinning the ITG wheel. They only give out a certain number of tickets each day.

It's too bad some of the autograph guests are signing at the same time, man I'm gonna have to hussle to get four autographs between 12-2pm. Do autograph tickets sell out early?

judging from Al Sinclair's booming voice over the microphone, I don't think they sell out.
I always hear him say, 1 more hour till whatshisface is done, please come buy your tickets.
