Never listed anything before on Ebay. Tried to set up shipping costs and it wouldn't work unless I had a zip code. If I list on Ebay.ca will it also list the item on Ebay.com since I would probably be able to go through the shipping setup that way??? Is there any other advice people can give in terms of item descriptions etc. Am I better off listing as a BUY IT NOW OR BEST OFFER or to jsut start out at $1.00. Thanks

If you have zero feedback, I would suggest buying a few items to build your feedback first before listing. I personally look for some type of feedback before bidding on an auction (unless I want the card badly). Listing something on eBay.ca also shows up on .com or .uk under international sellers. If you list on eBay.com, Canada is considered "international". Whatever shipping total you put in the auction applies to the US while your Canadian shipping will show up in the international section. Maybe list your Canadian and US shipping prices in the description also.

If you want to move the card, I would suggest starting off at $.99 and letting it go. If you have money invested, list with a higher BIN with Best Offer.

Thanks for the advice. I have I think a 43 star rating on Ebay just never sold anything, only bought. I tried to set my listing up in the tutorial part where the shipping is determined automatically and you don't manually set the prices...as I have no idea whatsoever. Also I have heard alot of bad things about people having problems with buyers putting in false claims about not recieving the items. I am thinking on the high priced cards I will having tracking on the cards. Not sure how this equates into the cost for shipping?

go check out some of the higher priced cards and see how they have it set up. Most say over 50.00 tracking is mandatory and I would highly suggest it unless you want to give them away for a charge back. A lot of the higher priced cards from Canada have it set up that way.

Great idea thanks for the heads up!
