Looking for an empty BBR Book

Like the title says, I'm looking for an empty book from Bleu Blanc et Rouge along with the little box that comes inside the book. Not looking to pay big bucks for this, hoping someone has an empty one they don't need and will do it for shipping plus a couple bucks.

*I possibly have one pending but just waiting to hear back from the member*

Sorry I dont have any BBR but do you need any boxes/tins from 07/08 The Cup? I have about 4 cases worth. lol
