Looking for info about 92-93 Fleer Ultra import

I have a friend who lucked into a case of 92-93 Fleer Ultra, upon opening the case the they found 3 of the Ultra Import inserts that have no foil lettering on the cards. I know pictures will help but I’ve been out of the loop on hosing sites if anyone has any info on these please lmk.

Sounds like a printing error. That was fairly common then, and still happens somewhat regularly now.

Those would definitely make cool oddballs for collectors of those players or 90s oddities.

I don’t think that he wants to move them, was just curious about them.
