Lost Mail (Please help) NY/NYC Area

Hi everyone,


I was suppose to have an Andreas Athanasiou 15/16 UD The Cup Rookie Masterpieces Printing Plate 1/1 (from 15/16 NHL SPX Trilogy Update RC) delivered to me 2 Saturdays. Although the tracking number states that it was delivered on said Saturday, I of course never received it inside my mailbox. I have gone through an unsuccessful round of USPS customer service so I am using the forums as another outlet to hopefully find it. I also let my local card shop know to look out for it should anyone come in trying to sell it. If by some miracle some one runs into it, may you PM me please? I've already emotionally accepted the loss, but at this point it wouldn't hurt to at least try this route one time.


It is also worth noting that I live in the Lower East Side of Manhattan in NYC.

Thank you guys, hoping for the best.

I forgot to mention that I live in the Lower East side of Manhattan in NYC.

Also I have not filed a case against the seller since he did his part and this is a case of my mail carrier striking yet again. This happens to me at least 2x a year. Last card I lost was a Tomas Jurco YG Buyback auto /25 last year =(. Nothing special but a PC item none the less.

Actually Ebay will refund them out eBay's pocket. I have had a few casss of buyers opening up cases against me when something was delivered and they never received it. Ebay gave them a refund without penalizing me financially.
