Lost/Missing?

Okay I purchased this on 05-15-13 and received an empty package that was never sealed.(I freaked out) so I contacted seller and pretty much nothing they can do as they said (if the package made it to me empty there is no chance of finding these cards) they offered a refund or another card from their store but I didn't want neither, but settled for a refund. But if they're not going to try to track them down, I figured I would since HI is a great place with great people who help each other out and would like to ask for your help in tracking this down.
