Apparently this card is lost...or stolen...

Buyer is vlady13... and is from Hudson, QC. Anyone know him?
Sent the card out in June 12, 2015. Sent regular shipping. I usually track when cards are above $60. The card sold for $55. :duh:
I have tried to get info on the buyer...but I haven't heard much... anyone have any info for me?
Not too happy here. It's not a tonne of money, but it's not a couple bucks either.
He just filed a claim with paypal. :|

EDIT: I just noticed over on SCF, a long thread about Canada post being super slow lately... I'm hoping that's all it is? Do we have a thread about this here?
