Lucic to the Kings for the #13 pick ?

This could be a huge steal for Boston. While I like Jones, SJ doesn't look like a playoff team. Not sure if there are conditions on the 1st, but it could turn out to be a lottery pick.

This is basically what I was thinking. I really don't envision the Sharks in the playoffs next year, but you never know
 
With Ducks, St. Louis, Chi, Nash, Minny, LA, Calgary, Winnipeg making strong pushes, I doubt it.

There's still Dallas and Avs too. Not to mention that Edm isn't going to be such an easy cake walk either. Nucks will be out too.

The Bruins pick of Senyshyn reminds me of the Flames super reaching for Mark Jankowski in 2012, with Olli Maatta still on the board, taken with the next pick by Pittsburgh. Could Barzal do the same thing?
 
If you look at what was given up it may be too much. But as a Kings fan looking deeper and into the unpredictable future, Lucic could turn into a monster in this lineup. One, LA is already a big team and gets bigger. Two, if Lucic can curb his thuggery a bit and be productive this could be a huge steal for LA. Having monsters like King, Nolan, Kopitar, Carter and Lucic flying around the rink has to inflict some terror in the West.
