Looking on COMC, there are a bunch in that set, with the stamp. Like the other reply: Someone just put this one in the wrong set.

at that price, I'd just buy it and then return it. I have a feeling either the description is wrong or the picture is wrong. If they can't verify it by DM, just take a shot at it and if it's wrong then start a return
