MacKinnon Game Used Number Black ERROR Dr. P. Help

Being an avid Collector of Heroes & Prospects. I constantly Search Ebay to try put dents in my set.

Today while searching I came across these two auctions

Nathan MacKinnon Game Used Black Number /6... But upon looking at the picture.

Yes the card states that it is a Game Used Number, but the Swatch Size tells me it's a jersey.

Normally I wouldn't bicker, but seeing as though I'm going for the set and MacKinnon is highly touted some clarity would be appreciated. Feel Free To Chime in
