So, I was told by a fellow collector that I should come here and post this card that I received the other day in a group break. It is the Nathan MacKinnon 2013-14 National Treasures RPA "True RC" #29/99 (his jersey number). I have been a member on other forums like BO and SCF but he said this is where the big hockey guys are. I have all 100% feedback on both of those sites as well as a top rated 100% feedback on ebay with over 1800. Anyways, it will be up for sale towards the end of the week once I get it in hand or depending on condition (if it looks like a possible 10) I might send it to BGS for the fastest possible turn around time. Anyways, here is the picture and heads up that it will be available.

Very nice piece, it being a Jersey number of the Hottest Rookie out there right now from the Hottest set out at the moment now would be a great time to sell. I'm not sure how much more grading it would bring at the moment but it couldn't hurt.

I will say there's a chance if you did sell it at a stupid high price today you may look back in a few years & say why. Hockey star rookie pieces have a tenancy to go sky high as the years go by. Will it happen with MacKinnon?? No way to tell.

Nice to see a Tennessean get such a cool piece, I've been in about 7 breaks so far & have not hit anything close to that. Congrats from a fellow Tennessean.

Will be interesting to hear what others have to say.

Thank you for the nice words...and to the fellow Tennessee guy, I have never come close to hitting something like this. 2 Andrew Luck Rookie Tickets from Contenders, Jeter/Griffey Jr On card auto #/25 from SPA, maybe the Red topps chrome Auto of Trent Richardson I sold before he started sucking it up... but those are $500-1000 cards... not close to what I think this might be worth...although I think it could be worth at least 1-2k more if the patch was nicer... right? Anyone who wants to help chime in on what it should be worth, please let me know. I know the 29/29 RPA sold for 3500... but that the "True" RC are worth more. Anyways, thanks and thanks in advance for any more thoughts/comments/advice.

Yes, the patch isn't the best....but the serial number is. And collectors will go crazy for that alone. Don't get it graded yet....strike while fire is hot.

So like C55 says.... Put it up for $10K OBO and hope someone BIN's it!

Congrats!!!

Get that thing up on Ebay ASAP. You will be doing yourself a disservice by grading, the big boys who will be after such a card could care less about grading.

Trust me, list that card right now on eBay and you will get so many messages its insane... I sold my 4 color Mack 55/99 and paid for my entire CASE over twice......Too bad that one wasn't a sick patch, but awesome card!

It was friendly box breaks... I love the guys on there, they are great and have excellent customer service and shipping turnaround, but you can judge for your self... Don't think he quite knew the magnitude of what he pulled.... But still love them!! You can find the break online by searching them and it's NT Hockey #4 from Friday night.

Great card, agree with the rest of the boys.... sell it NOW!! Ill correct u though, if it was a sick patch you would've gained far more than 1-2K. The guys that collect the jersey numbers are nuts. Lol

Here it is... Finally received the card in hand today and have it listed. I know the price is very high, but I have heard so many different things of what to list it for from $15k - $8k... and people saying not to less than (insert any number here)... Anyways, here is a clean scan of the card.
