Magazine Printing plates question?

I found a Beckett printing plate I would like to buy. Can anyone tell me what these things are made of? Metal maybe?

Yeah, they are pretty similar metal stock to what you would get with a plate for a card. Perhaps slightly lighter gauge.

Thanks T, I was thinking that. I have a Cliff Lee printing plate from 05 UD baseball. It never even occured to me to actually touch it . So here I go.......feels like cardboard to me. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Yep, I picked up one of the plates with Cheevers' mask on it. They're pretty cool, and a nice brief departure from cards.
