I thought I would show the last couple weeks of mail. For the past 6 months I haven’t been picking much up until just recently, not sure why… just lost interest I guess. But the start of the new NHL season has gotten me excited again… also seeing your favorite player playing for your favorite team doesn’t hurt as well
. Anyways here are some of my latest acquisitions……
First off, my favorite player pieces:
Picked up 2 of these from off ebay for great BIN’s in my opinion
For some reason these don’t show up very often… I’ve missed 2 of the gold versions because I forgot about them, I’ve got a bad feeling I might not see one for awhile now…
Love these cards…
For the next 3 scans, only one of them is new… not sure exactly which one it is though
None of these are new, but I don’t think I’ve shown these off yet. Took along time but I did eventually knock them off the list.
If someone could condense those into a sig for me it would be much appreciated!!!
Now onto the rest of my pickups that aren’t Pitkanen’s.
These 2 came from a great trade with “oviethekid887”, I believe that was his ID. Flawless deal, no hastles.
AND
I was pretty happy to get my first Malkin RC and the Vanek is pretty sweet as well!! The deal went so good that when James mentioned that he was looking to sell some of his collection I had no choice but to purchase these 2 off him at a very reasonable price…
AND
My first Crosby RC’s… pretty happy to have these in hand.
Anyways a question as well, I’m not a huge fan of graded cards so I’m thinking of taking these out of the slabs. Do BGS9’s hold a premium at all like 9.5’s and 10’s?? I don’t pay to much attention to graded cards so I’m not sure. I don’t want to crack them out if they increase the value of the card. Any info would be appreciated. But that’s it for the show, thanks for looking.
