Mail from the past two weeks

Hello everyone!

Time for another mail post. Decided to wait until last week was done, since there wasn't too much cards coming in.

Anyway, I told you guys/gals in my last post that I would have a major haul for one of my player collections. Let's start with the other ones:

Hadn't picked up a new Hartnell in a looooong time. Took at least 2.5 months to find one I still needed. Also, the Roenick HSHS isn't messed up, only the scan is.

These are available, except for the Brind'Amour pin:

Ok, now for the "best" part of the post. Some time ago, I picked up three Afinogenov's from a Swedish eBay seller, who was selling off his collections. Well, I decided to email him, if he had other ones available. He told me, sure, I sent him my wantlist. When he got back to me with the list of cards he had from my wantlist, I pretty much looked like this .

After some easy negotiations, here's the stuff I got from him...

All the Maxim's almost cut my wantlist in half of what it used to be. 97 new cards at once, I'll take it!

I should be getting some higher-ends from the fellow this week, if they arrive in respectable time. Even if these deals cost quite a bit, I keep telling myself opportunities like this are too good to pass on. Or maybe I'm just :crazy: ...

Sweet scannage of ze swag! The prosign and Super script are among my faves. Even though the silver stickers never caught onto me, the prosigns from that year are pretty tough, especially if you're going for the SPs in an already difficult set to find singles in.

Naim - Hehe, still so much to go with the collections it hasn't been too hard to grab stuff. After you hit about 80% completion, then it becomes tough.
