Quite surprised me actually. I had a Malone Spx that they couldn't fill so they sent me a Bykov/Leetch replacement instead. I sent it back with a nice letter explaining the disappointment I had in their redemption program and the problems I had with their CS dept. I told them I didn't want anything back as this was my little protest. I sent the card and letter directly to Chris Carlin figuring he would be the best bet for airing my problems to upper management rather than someone at the front desk that gives 2 hoots about hockey. Anyways, this is what was in the package today.

I have to give Mr. Carlin credit for his action. Never thought they would do this. Would have preferred to have not done this at all had they a redemption program that didn't ****. I just thought I would post this as I have bashed UD in the past and thought they should at least get credit for this.

That sure was nice of them...hopefully their initial replacements will be better than Bykov/Leetch cards so people don't have to get the runaround to get something of worth...
