im actually dissapointed in this years pristine, not only did they lose their "pristine'ness" but even though the boxoppers look like normal glossy pristine, they have a really cheap feel to them, like the card stock they used or something, i dont know how to explain it but when you compare to 03-04 die cut refractors to these, theres a noticeable difference, i think its because they have a refractorish look but without the 'chrome' type coat on them, remind me of 99-00 hoops decade hoopla plus parallels

Yeah I myself was ticked off that they lost their Pristineness as you call it this year, I loved last years design and the year's before the glossyness with the backgrounds! And they didn't even number the rookie cards!
